Cancellations/rescheduling must be made 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid any booking fees. Less than 48 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. No shows will be charged 75% and will require prepayment for future appointments. Deposits are non refundable but will be applied towards your scheduled service.
